Ranked alongside Owen, Brooke and Sassoon, Joseph Lee was once regarded as one of Scotland's finest First World War poets.  During the conflict his works were well-known in Britain and around the world.  Since then his powerfully evocative poems have become sadly neglected.  This illustrated anthology of some of the best of his verse seeks to re-establish Lee as one of the major poets of the Great War.  This collection has been edited by Caroline Brown and Matthew Jarron and includes a critical appraisal byDr Keith Williams.
