Cancellation and refund policy

• If the Programme is postponed or cancelled by the business school, the business school will endeavour to give you reasonable notice of such postponement or cancellation and will offer you the opportunity to transfer to another cohort or refund the fee you have paid in full.
• In the event that you wish to withdraw from the course, a 100% refund will be made provided that [email protected] have been notified in writing at least 30 calendar days before the course is due to commence. It is regretted that no refunds will be offered after that date.
• Should you wish to withdraw from the course within the 30-days of the course commencement, a substitute delegate may attend in your place, provided the individual meet the course requirements and [email protected] is notified in writing in advance. Alternatively, the university may be able to transfer your place to a subsequent year providing there is a suitable alternative and [email protected] is notified in writing in advance.
